We are living in a digital era where it is impossible to live without a cell phone or laptop. However, the more it helps to connect the world the more it increases distractions. Using a cell phone or laptop before sleep actually disturbs sleep because it has blue rays that affect the eyes. According to experts, the blue light tells our brain that it is not the time to sleep.
